Manual Therapy
Manual therapy or treatment is a form of treatment that can be applied to all diseases related to the musculoskeletal system and is completely based on evidence-based medical information. In other words, manual therapy is applied in all diseases that include physical therapy.
Dry Needling
“Dry needle method”, which is among the physical therapy and rehabilitation treatments, is a method used in the treatment of chronic musculoskeletal system diseases and pain and movement limitations due to these diseases. Fine injection needles are used in the treatment and these needles do not contain drugs. Hardening in the muscle is tried to be eliminated by using the mechanical effect of the needle. Dry needle therapy, which is frequently used in the treatment of fibromyalgia, chronic musculoskeletal diseases and pain and movement restrictions due to these diseases, is performed by stimulating the muscles with thin and various lengths of needles.
Fibromyalgia
Fibromyalgia is a soft tissue rheumatism characterized by general muscle aches and chronic pain at specific points in the body. The disease is accompanied by various physical and psychological symptoms such as fatigue, insomnia and depression. Fibromyalgia syndrome, which is seen in approximately 3% of the population, is more common in women. Although the exact cause is unknown, it is estimated to be triggered by a combination of genetic and environmental factors.
Thai Massage
Thai massage, one of the oldest treatment methods in the world, is the traditional medical massage of Thailand.
In this massage, which is applied on the floor with suitable clothes, firstly the points on the energy paths are exposed to pressure with the thumb, foot, palm or finger, and then stretches suitable for the person are applied among 60 types of stretching.
It is known that the methods applied in Thai massage increase flexibility, relieve tension in the muscles and joints, and balance the body's energy system.
Although a feeling of discomfort may occur in the sessions lasting at least 90 minutes, a serious relief occurs after the application.
Therapeutic Exercise
Therapeutic exercises consist of a wide variety of activities aimed at increasing the movement and function of the person in order to treat the physical disability or prevent the causes that may cause disability.
In order to accurately determine the primary needs and physical capacity of the person before therapeutic exercises are planned, a good physical evaluation should be done as well as a detailed medical history. Standardized exercise planning is extremely wrong, and therapeutic exercises must be planned individually. The content of the exercise prescription, which includes the type, stress, frequency, severity and course of physical activity, varies according to each patient and disease.
PRP
PRP treatment is the restoration of slowed cell regeneration with plasma obtained from the person's own blood. With PRP treatment, skin rejuvenation, hair loss and orthopedic disorders can be treated.
Scoliosis
Our spine is like a bridge that runs between our head and legs and carries two-thirds of our body weight. Our spine consists of 33 bones, 23 of which are movable, called vertebrae.
These bones are connected to each other by connective tissue, joints and cushions we call discs. We also have strong spinal muscles that provide movement and attach to each of the vertebrae. The spinal cord, one of the most important parts of the central nervous system, is also located in the spine. The spine houses and protects the spinal cord.
The spinal cord consists of nerve tissue that provides the connection between the brain and the arms, trunk and legs and carries orders from the brain to these regions. By acting just like an electrical cable; It enables our hands and arms, feet and legs, and our sensory function to work.
The spine also helps us breathe and controls urinary and stool functions. Our spine allows us to turn our body and turn our heads. It protects the internal organs. For a healthy spine, it is important to stand upright, not lift heavy loads and sit correctly.

lymphatic system; It consists of lymph vessels, lymph capillaries, lymph cells, lymph nodes, tonsils, thymus gland and spleen. The cells that make up the body are in a liquid environment. This fluid contains nutrients and oxygen necessary for cells.
After the cells take the substances they need, they leave the waste materials to this environment. These wastes are transported in the lymphatic fluid and, after filtering through the lymph nodes, enter the circulation as clean lymphatic fluid. Therefore, the lymphatic system; It is defined as a system that works with the immune system and acts as a protective filter in body defense.
MEDICAL MASSAGE
Medical massage is a form of therapy based on the physiological effects of mechanical energy, aiming at the rehabilitation of a damaged or tired organ, that is, the restoration of the organ.
medical massage; It is used in the treatment of musculoskeletal problems, scars, muscle tension, head tissue diseases, digestive system problems and complex painful conditions such as migraine.
The physiotherapist first evaluates the patient, then chooses the most appropriate massage technique, and the massage process begins according to this program of individual preparation.
It cannot be applied in cases such as open wounds, severe cardiovascular diseases, acute inflammation, fever and cancer.
